After more than 30 years of experience as a general contractor, we have repeatedly experienced situations where optimization was carried out too late and then miscommunicated.

This was often due to the fact that optimization only began when the general contractor was selected – but any problems that arose could and should have been avoided in advance. Double planning and additional costs are the consequences.

Subsequent miscommunication was often due to the fact that construction supervision was carried out by engineers who focused on purely technical implementation but lacked the foresight to see the consequences of some of their actions.

Due to a lack of mutual understanding and prioritization of self-interests, the investor often only learns of problems too late. With a high level of conflict and stress, instead of finding an efficient solution, it is often only a matter of allocating the resulting additional costs and delays.

DCC was therefore founded to bring our experience as a general contractor to the management of complex projects and to ensure better project implementation with competent and early optimization and professional communication.
